Conference keynotes Cameron Herold, author, entrepreneurial guru and former COO of 1–800–GOT–JUNK; Devon Still, National Football League defensive tackle; and Patty McCord, former Netflix chief talent officer, will present on the connection between employee wellbeing and workplace culture. Special guest Arianna Huffington, co–founder and editor–in–chief of The Huffington Post and author of The Sleep Revolution, will discuss the impact sleep has on health, job performance, relationships and happiness.

Virgin Pulse's Thrive Summit brings together business and human resources leaders, customers, and dynamic thought leaders for three days of insightful sessions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. Herold's session will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 10th.

Devon Still, NFL defensive tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals, will share his perspective on health, wellbeing, and the importance of social support as the father of young cancer survivor, Leah Still. Still's talk will take place from 11:50 AM to 12:35 PM on Tuesday, May 10th.

Patty McCord, an advisor on culture and leadership and the former chief talent officer at Netflix responsible for creating the “Netflix Culture Deck,” will offer her perspective on corporate culture and the critical role it plays in driving engagement, productivity, and business performance. McCord's presentation will take place on Wednesday, May 11th, from 10:10 to 11:00 AM.

In a special session, Arianna Huffington, co–founder and editor–in–chief of The Huffington Post, will speak about her journey to find work–life balance and share fresh insights from her latest book, The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life One Night At A Time. She will also be available to sign copies of the new book, provided to attendees free of charge. Huffington will be speaking from 4:00 to 4:45 PM on Tuesday, May 10th.
