NEW YORK, NY—(Marketwired – October 22, 2015) – Hallie Hart, Founder of House of Hart, held a gallery opening at her new location in the famed MANA Contemporary on October 18, 2015. House of Hart showcased her Fine Art along with her newly launched custom hand painted fashion designs “Hartwear.” The highly anticipated exhibit was the first Open House held at the MANA Contemporary location that Ms. Hart has decided to call home for her studio. Hallie's exhibit was showcased alongside other esteemed collections including the Eileen S. Kandinsky Family Foundation “Images of Women” and Arnulf Rainer presented by the Ayn Foundation.

Always having had a formidable love and appreciation of fine arts, Hallie expanded her horizons with painting, incorporating techniques that she has learned from her extensive global travels. Her fearless style and groundbreaking use of acrylics on canvas as well as textiles can be seen in private and corporate collections across Asia, Europe and the US. The Open House event at MANA also included exhibits of artists Sante D'Orazio and Gary Lichtenstein. The 2 million square foot facility was recently selected among the finalists for the 2015 Leading Culture Destinations Awards, which recognizes the world's most visionary museums and cultural institutions.

Nancy Yearning, Manager for House of Hart, states, “This was my first event since coming on board with House of Hart and the facility at MANA Contemporary Fine Arts is unlike anything I have ever seen. The opportunity to watch guest's reactions to the work upfront was incredibly exciting for me. I loved getting to see Hallie fit a teenage fashionista with one of our custom, hand painted Hartwear jackets and explaining to a rather inquisitive little boy about how she created the different textures in her fine art pieces.”

“Being a part of Mana contemporary fine arts means you are part of something bigger than yourself. I am humbled to be surrounded by some of the world's most renowned artists and I am honored to have House of Hart included in MANA Contemporary Fine Arts impressive family of the most intellectual and creative minds. The open houses provide an incredible outlet for growth, inspiration and also an opportunity to be in a position where you as the artist can interact with thousands of art aficionado's and buyers. I would have to say that most of all I enjoy the brilliant minds of our youngest visitors and all of their curious questions.”
