India is one of the best travel destinations around the world. You will find some of the best travel places across North, East, West and South of India. You will find wide range of cultures, wide range of traditional dishes when you travel in India. In the past 8 years after my Masters, I and my friend have explored some of the best Indian Travel Places. This article shares some of the best moments and travel places you would love to travel in India.
To give a brief introduction, my friendship with Suresh started during my masters. We were top 200 in our ICET examination in Andhra Pradesh and got into one of the top prestigious universities in India Andhra University.
We got placed in to top companies during our masters and we got into top multinational companies. Even though we are from South of India, we moved to North India as part of our companies Job placements. To my luck, even though I and my friend got selected for different companies, both of them got the placement in North India. To be frank, I could spend 8 years away from parents due to my friends company and never felt that we are staying away from family. This is a short brief about our friendship. We planned trips to some of the best places in North and South and let me share some of the best moments during our travel in India. Travel to Agra and Mathura
Agra, Bulan Darwaza and Mathura are the best places you would never want to miss during your stay in North India. We loved the different sculptural designs, architecture and wide traditions of Hindu and Muslim. It was my first time to Tajmahal and something I would love to visit with my love.
Mathura Brindhavan is another wonderful place. The trip which lasted for one and half day is our first trip in North outside of Delhi. Check out more of our Agra Trip
Travel to Amritsar
Amritsar and Wagah Border is another wonderful travel journey with my best friend and few other friends. Amritsar Golden Temple is the central religious place for Sikhs and you would love to look into the beautiful place and spend some time.
Wagah Border in evening is something you would love to visit. There are many other interesting shopping places in Amritsar. Very famous for woolen blankets and traditional Lass with Paranthas. Learn more about the Amritsar Trip
Memorable Jaisalmeer Trip
A trip to Jaisalmeer is something which will remember as the most cherished moments of our Travel in India. Camel Rides, Royal Sand Dunes, gang of best friends enjoying our train journey and visiting the Rajasthan forts are something we would never forget.
Especially the Sand Dunes races and sunset is something you would not miss. There was something really special which is the Dhaba stay in Jaisalmeer. Tirupati Trip
After many years of flight journeys to South, we finally planned a South Indian trip for Tirupati Balaji Darshan on train. It was one of the most memorable trips to me as we went through step walk to Tirumala at the night. It took us around 3 hours to climb those steps and had a wonderful Darshan after lot of excitement.
Other than these we had lot of other trips to Manali, Rishikesh and Shimla. Six months back, he came back Bengaluru and I also got placed in Bengaluru two months back. He recently got moved to Ireland for a one year onsite.
