There are many ways to say “I Love You,” from fine-dining experiences to a pop up flower shop and special spa packages at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel.

L is for Lasting Memories

Create lasting memories this Valentine’s Day with a romantic getaway in Beverly Hills. Treat a loved one to the Romance on Rodeo package where the weekend will begin with a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. Then head out to explore adjacent Rodeo Drive and the walkable city of Beverly Hills, or simply relax in luxury and enjoy a spa treatment with USD 100 credit. Breakfast for two is included in the package.

O is for Opulent Dining Experiences

CUT by Wolfgang Puck will open just for the occasion with a uniquely crafted three-course menu by Head Chef Ari Rosenson. To kick off the romantic evening ahead, begin with an amuse bouche before enjoying a salad or starter, followed by a choice of one of CUT’s signature entrees – including wagyu beef, grilled Colorado lamb chops, Maine diver scallops, Dover sole meuniere and more. Pair the main course with one of CUT’s favourite side dishes such as hand cut Kennebec potato french fries, winter root vegetables, soft polenta or broccolini. Finish the feast with a “sweet aphrodisiac” such as the dark chocolate CUT bar or white chocolate cheesecake. To further enhance the dining experience, Sommelier Jaimee Anderson has created a special “Feel the Love” Valentine’s Day wine selection.

Diners can take a piece of CUT’s Valentine’s Day experience home with Wolfgang Puck’s new chocolate boxes, available for purchase at the restaurant. Bonbon flavours include coffee, hazelnut crunch, passion fruit, orange caramel, pistachio and ginger. A box of 6 chocolates is available for purchase at USD 14; a box of 12 chocolates for USD 27; and a box of 18 chocolates for USD 38.

Beverly Wilshire’s all day dining restaurant, THE Blvd, will offer a special Valentine’s Day five-course prix fixe menu. Executive Chef Thomas Bellec has created a romantic meal starting with a confit salmon and leeks for the first course, followed by farro risotto made with duck prosciutto, baby arugula and figs. Then head into the third course with the blood orange and Champagne granita, then to the main course for the evening: the beef duo, which consists of a pan-searched petite filet mignon and braised beef chuck short rib. Couples will end the night on a sweet note with Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Ford’s Beverly Bar, a flourless chocolate cake complemented by cassis, caramel mousse and 23k gold flakes. Dinner includes a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Champagne and petits fours.
