EDGE Restaurant + Bar, the progressive American steakhouse inside Four Seasons Hotel Denver, has been honoured for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2016 Restaurant Wine List Awards. The restaurant is among other winners from all over the globe as a top destination for wine lovers with an Award of Excellence, which recognises restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
“EDGE is known for its extensive wine list with many interesting wines that surprise guests,” remarked Beverage Director Robert Davis. “We are thrilled to receive this award once again.”
Wine Spectator examines the world of wine from the vineyard to the table, exploring wine’s role in contemporary culture and delivering expert reviews of more than 18,000 wines each year. It began its program to recognise the world’s best wine lists in 1981. The complete list of award winners is available in print in Wine Spectator’s August issue, on newsstands July 19, 2016 and online.
“On behalf of Wine Spectator, I’m thrilled to congratulate each and every award-winning restaurant. They should be very proud,” said Marvin R. Shanken, Editor and Publisher, Wine Spectator.
