Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield has further strengthened its expanding team with the appointment of Trade Sales Executive Craig Hewitt.

 

 

Lincolnshire born Craig, aged 25, joins the airport with a wealth of experience of the travel sector having spent the previous seven years working as a travel agent at Lincolnshire Co-operative Travel.

 

 

In his new role at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Craig will be responsible for working with tour operators and agents to promote the airport and maximise opportunities in the trade sector.

 

 

Craig said: “I am delighted to be working at Doncaster Sheffield Airport. There is lots going on at the airport at the moment and I will hopefully be contributing to its continued successes.

 

 

“Having worked in the travel industry for many years I have excellent knowledge and experience of the sector and will be sharing this knowledge within my new role.

 

 

“The airport is my local airport and I know how much of a key role it plays within the local and regional economy. I am hoping that ultimately I will be able to contribute to an increase in passenger numbers and raise awareness of the fantastic routes and facilities we offer at Doncaster Sheffield Airport.

 

 

“I am very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues and helping to put the airport on the map.”
