A new package released by the most upmarket hotel in south-western Sydney, the 4.5-star Rydges Campbelltown, allows guests to experience its sophisticated new OTIS Bar and Grill which features a hip craft brewery and some of the States’ finest wagyu beef.

The deal, which includes a discount of 46 per cent, offers a night’s accommodation at Rydges Campbelltown, two drinks on arrival at the stylish new OTIS Bar and Terrace, free wi-fi and parking, a two-course dinner of fine cuisine at the hotel’s OTIS Grill restaurant including a tasting paddle of four of OTIS’ award-winning craft beers, full buffet breakfast, access to the neighbouring Aquafit fitness centre and a late checkout of 1pm.

The discount package is available from December 13, 2015, to January 31, 2016, and is priced from $279 per room. The deal is available weekends or weekdays, subject to availability, and blackout dates apply.Tailored for leisure and business guests alike, the 116-room Rydges Campbelltown unveiled the swish new OTIS Bar and Grill this month after a major $700,000 transformation of the ground-floor entertainment area of the deluxe hotel.

Emerging from the refurbishment, which included hip new furniture, lights, wallpaper and curtains, are the new- OTIS Bar and Terrace – which boasts a striking, 360-bottle wine wall, an eye-catching art piece hovering over the bar and an inviting outdoor terrace for relaxing, alfresco drinks with friends – OTIS Grill – a 70-guest, fine-dining restaurant specialising in premium wagyu beef – and OTIS Brewing Company where head brewer, Allan Barclay, has 10 unique beers on tap.

The signature dish at OTIS Grill, overseen by executive chef Mathew Ovington, is premium Schottlanders wagyu beef from the NSW South Coast. The new restaurant’s fresh shucked oysters and scallops are also winning rave reviews. OTIS will also continue the hotel’s traditional and award-winning High Teas daily from noon to 2pm. OTIS Bar and Grill is open seven days a week.
