By Rail

The nearest railway station from Tonk is Banasthali Niwai railway station, situated about 38 km north of Tonk. Trains from Jaipur, Kota, Secunderabad, Bhopal, Jodhpur and Indore halt at the railway station. Jeeps or taxis can be hired from the station to reach Tonk.

By Road

Tonk is well-connected by regular bus service to cities like Jaipur, Kota, Gwalior, Bhilwara and a few other towns. One can reach one of the nearest cities in Rajasthan and then hop onto a bus to reach Tonk.
