This is a great service. If you want to build your own niche blog network to control your own links and battle all the panda updates, this is the product for you.
Andrey set up 16 properties for me that are all very nice looking. All of them contain articles related to my site that are 100% unique and readable. He then blasted them with Wikis, profiles, and a bunch of other stuff.

What a crazy couple weeks it's been in the world of SEO. ALN networks are getting slapped silly and with every Google "Panda" update they're putting a heavier emphasis on clean, quality links.
While there's a million and one vendors who sell ****ty, ugly (albeit, effective) link packages (wikis + bookmarks + spun aln blogs, etc) there's really too few services that spend time to build out clean, attractive properties. I hit up Andrey since he had done wonders for my sites in the past and told him about this dilemma. He said my timing was perfect and introduced me to LinksThatWorkV4.
Berto really hit the nail on the head with his review. The properties that Andrey creates look amazing. You will be proud to have these in your link profile. In fact, I'm really eager to flaunt these to my client. Each of the properties have 2 extremely well written posts (the information contained in the articles is useful, relevant information about the topic of the site it's linking to.) Good content + nice themes + stellar images = AMAZING properties.
I haven't seen too much in terms of SERP increases just yet, but since these were just done I'm waiting for the wikis + sauce + forum profiles to get indexed over the next week or so before I make any conclusions about that.
Overall, you're paying about $10.40 for:
1 Property built, themed, organized with pictures
2 well written, readable, professional articles
A huge # of wiki links
A ton of "sauce" contextual links
Forum profiles to all your tier 2 links to make sure the SEs take notice of them
How long would it take you to do all of the above? Writing the articles and making the property would probably take 45 minutes - an hour alone, not to mention having to **** around with XRumer project settings for the wikis and forum profiles. Let's say each of these would take 1 hr 15 mins to build from start to finish. I'm pretty sure that's worth $10.40 on, wouldn't you agree?
Andrey is a true professional and I really enjoy working with him every time. The reporting for this is extensive and looks just as professional as the properties themselves.
This is such a steal for $125. You're doing yourself a real disservice if you don't put this into your link profile.

I'm just really excited to review this because I've never quite seen anyone do anything close to the job Andrey did with these web 2.0's.
First of all, each of the articles on these web 2.0's is unique. The posts are formatted in such a way that every web 2.0 property looks extremely legit. They all have different themes and contact information on them (nice touch).
I'm sure that even if they do get manually reviewed by the staff of these web 2.0 websites - they won't be marked as spam and therefore will become permanent links in your link portfolio.
Another nice thing is that you're provided with the login information for each property so you can update them if you feel like it. (And these are the only web 2.0 properties that I would actually consider putting some further work into because they're all done so nicely and have long-term potential as far as link laundering goes.)
Wikis are all there. They are properly set up and pumping juice to the web 2.0's.

Linksthat work v4 is no exception. While I still think metalhead and bboyvinny make the best/highest quality web 2.0 properties, they come at a cost because they are all done by the provider (Real native speaking, professional content). Quality: Lets start with the quality of the actual Web 2.0s. These are things of beauties and are actually built and setup to look legitimate as possible in the eyes of moderations. Everything from the chosen title, logos and theme and of it screams legitimacy. Any moderator that glances through these would not pick they are spam. For me, this means an absolutely perfect base to keep building and make them solid tier 1's (or possible even rank themselves). The only other web 2.0 I see better are those with additional pages and author profiles, but those are quite premium services and cost a heap more 4.5/5
The content quality is outstanding for the price. Like I mentioned before, it might not be as 'natural' and to the level as those done by metalhead and bboyvinny but each is well written, informative to a reader, unique, no spelling mistakes and mostly free of grammar mistakes. This is content that is sure to pass a review for most moderators. Also good to see presentation is top notch too. Small things like aligning pictures with correct margins, bullet points, styles, etc all add up to make these very polished properties. 4.5/5
Overall:
Less then a week after recieving the report 85% of the properties AND blogpost themselves are indexed. That's really good but not surprising seeing as how unique the content and strong the wiki layer is.
Seen SERP movements of around 5 spots on page 2 for a competitive generic KW. Just from this package.
4.5/5! - Hard to beat for quality and value. Recommend for everyone looking for a safe tier 1 linking structure.

If you are looking for some quality Web 2.0s that stick, then go with this service. Yes, you will pay more, but why the ***** invest money in ****ty web 2.0s that will be deleted in a short period of time. Link loss is an important factor.
Also these are backed up by some serious blog posts and don't hang in the air with just some profiles supporting them. I will definately order this service for all my main sites, since making this kind of web 2.0s costs a lot of time.
Improvements:
- A post on all the front pages. Some just have the standard one which kind of sucks
- there was a small error in the anchor text of the web 2.0s but since I got the login details no problem

The Xrumer blast was on 10k unique domains. As for the blog posts on tier 2, they actually make some sense, however they were detected as duplicate by Copyscape, meaning they are not heavily spun. Some like this, some do not, just be aware of it.
As for the 1st tier (web 2.0) everything is as described, I entered two of these "mini-blogs" in Copyscape and they passed.
No idea when all these links went live, but except 2 blog posts (didn't check profiles) nothing is indexed.
