Nintendo's latest presentation, based on the Fire Emblem series, has concluded, and here is everything we learned.

The Nintendo Direct: Fire Emblem presentation took place this morning and gave new details on multiple Fire Emblem titles. The presentation spoke about the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes, Fire Emblem Warriors, a new game for the Nintendo 3DS, called Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, as well as a new Fire Emblem game that is currently untitled for the upcoming Nintendo Switch.

Fire Emblem Heroes is an upcoming mobile title based in the Fire Emblem universe, and a few new details were given at the presentation. The first news being that Fire Emblem Heroes will launch on Android first, being available on February 2nd. Players will be able to take charge of some of the iconic faces of the Fire Emblem series in the free-to-start game, with maps that will fill your smartphone screen in which you can drag an ally or the enemy unit or use more traditional controls if you prefer. There is also a voting page in which you can vote on which Fire Emblem heroes you want to appear in the game.

Fire Emblem Warriors, which was announced at the Nintendo Switch presentation last week, will also be coming to the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles as well. The game is slated to release in Spring of this year.

Another new Fire Emblem game was announced for the 3DS, titled Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The game is based on the second installment of the series, Fire Emblem Gaiden, which was originally released in 1992. The US release date for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia was revealed, which is May 19th, 2017, and will launch alongside two new Amiibos, Alm and Celica, who are the protagonists of the game.

Last but not least, a new Fire Emblem game has been announced for the Nintendo Switch. There is currently no more information for the game, including the title of the game, but it is currently slated for a 2018 release.
