Jan Vertonghen has recovered from an ankle injury and starts for Tottenham as Mauricio Pochettino’s side travel to Fulham in the FA Cup.

Pochettino has gone with a relatively strong side, just as he did in Belgium on Thursday evening, but with some notable changes after the 1-0 defeat to Gent.

Michel Vorm and Kieran Trippier start as Hugo Lloris and Kyle Walker are both rested.

Harry Kane captains the side. Christian Eriksen and Heung-Min Son — rested on Thursday — both start.

Mousa Dembele and Vincent Janssen are among the substitutes. Here’s how Twitter reacted to all the team news.

So GLAD to see Vertonghen back. So GLAD. #COYS

Janssen can't get a start against Gent or Fulham. Poch has seen the light, time to stop this shite habit of buying strikers who don't score.

Strong lineup, although it was on Thursday too so we need to perform today.
