In Maldives you live on an island, usually the one without shops, city life, so in a way it is a perfect time to unwind (unless of course you are glued to your mobile phone posted all photos).
The coolest part about living in the water villa is a direct access to the ocean, just few steps down.
Over the water pavillons are accessed by the long deck, it is easily accessible by bicycle, or by walk.
All bicycles at Six Senses Laamu are personalized with your initials. You ride them barefoot and it is so much fun as you can quickly discover the island. We also marked our pavillon with the floaties that we attached to the deck.
Inside the villa you have everything you may need, plus the most magnificient of the views when you wake up.
The semi-outside bathrooms with transparent bathtubs are gorgeous. There is also a shower outside.

Outside our bedroom is a deck with a transparent table to observe the underwater life, and loungers to chill and watch sunsets (and sunrises for those with a jetlag)
There is also second floor observation deck, where you have a mini couch to relax and read, with 180 view of the island and of the ocean
And by the end of the deck towards the island this beach will welcome you at sunset.
