If you are headed to Target today, you should find Valentine’s Day items up to 50% Off. Decorative items, craft kits, party supplies, clothing and most other non-perishables should be at 50% Off. Remember – the majority of the Valentine’s clearance will not be stickered- so become best friends with that price check scanner and scan scan scan!
Candy & most food will likely be 30% off for most of you to start. We will likely see another drop on Friday 2/17, when candy and food usually drops to 50%. There’s not much in the way of candy coupons, but there are a couple things to look for at your stores.
These Starburst Skittles 40 count fun size packs were 30% off down to $3.49, and there is a $1/2 Skittles/Starburst Bags 14 oz+ 1-8-17 RP1 x2/19. If your store has a lot of stock, you may want to wait and watch for a bigger drop.
Also keep an eye out for these special holiday Be Mine Tic Tacs also on clearance for 30% off. We have a 20% Off Tic Tac Single Packs Target-Cartwheel x2/18 that does not exclude clearance to save even more.
Another thing to watch for is the classroom exchange candy & snacks. If you have any left, the Pirate’s booty 12 packs will be 30% off and there is a .75 Off when you buy ONE Pirate’s Booty Product. After coupon and clearance, they will be as low as $3.44 each. But, you may want to take a chance and wait for the drop to 50%.
Also watch for the classroom exchange Snack Factory Pretzels & Welch’s Fruit Snacks. There’s a couple of coupons to use too…

While most items can be find in the Valentine’s Day clearance section, you might want to check other parts of the store too. Sometimes items get put back in the regular aisles instead, so be sure and look around.
Kelley found Scotch Expressions Washi tape 3 pks for $2.00, and there is a $1 OFF wyb 1 Scotch Expressions tape that will make them just $1 if you find them too.
Check the pet department for toys down to 50% Off and as low as $2.99
And take a cruise down the Home baking aisle and other home aisles for other items that may have gotten lost along their way back to holiday like this Nordic Ware baking pan Kelley found in the bakeware aisle. While a little luck will be needed and it may be hit or miss- you never know what you may find.
Kelley found these Valentine’s Boxer shorts in the Men’s Department for 50% off down to $4.99. The DPCI for the ones shown in the picture above is 040-06-0912.
And you may want to check out the toy department too. Kelley found the Valentine’s Barbie Chelsea doll for 50% off in the regular toy aisle at her store.
Another good place to look is with the kids plastic drinkware – sometimes you can find sippy cups put back by mistake that are part of holiday clearance.
Take a look in Bullseye’s Playground too for 50% clearance on Valentine’s day goodies which will be anywhere from .50 cents to $1.50 with 50% Off.
We should see the next drop on the 17th, when non-perishables should go to 70% and candy & some food should drop to 50%. But stores can differ- so it’s something to keep a close eye on in the days to come! Happy hunting and I hope you find some great stuff!
