Exam Pattern

We are discussing paper pattern of AMUEEE. There shall be two papers of equal weightage and 3 hour duration.
Paper-I : There shall be one objective type paper of 150 marks comprising 150 questions on Chemistry,

Physics and Mathematics. This paper is common for B.Tech. and B.Arch. applicants both.
Paper-II (Architecture Aptitude Test): This paper is for B.Arch. applicants only. It shall contain some descriptive questions and Test of Drawing.

Each question is followed by four alternative answers. The candidate should select only one answer, which he/she

considers as the most appropriate.

Selecting more than one answer for a question, even if one of the selected answers is correct, would result in its being

treated as an incorrect answer.

Negative Marking: Incorrect answers shall result in a negative score of 25 per cent of the marks allotted to the question. For instance, if the correct answer to a question would get the candidate one mark, the incorrect answer would take away 0.25 marks.

Candidates should secure atleast 40% marks in Paper-II(Architecture Aptitude Test) to become eligible for selection

Candidates should bring their own drawing and sketching material like pencils, eraser, sharpner, pen, ink, Pencil Colours, Water Colours etc.Drawing Sheets and/or Answer Booklet shall be provided to the candidates.
