This 2011 science fiction television series tells the story of life of 2149 A.D. It has focused on the Shannon family. They travel 85 million past into a distant universe named ‘terra Nova’. This new world brings new and unique things to their lives and helps them change their behavior which is leading the earth to get destructed.

Homeland was broadcasted in 2011. Set in Iraq, it tells the story of Carrie Mathison, who is a Central Intelligence Agency officer. She is suffering from bi-polar disorder. Carrie has information that Al-Qaeda has turned American prisoners. Her suspicion greatly grows.

4. Under the Dome

The story of “Under the Dome” is based on the novel by the same name written by Stephen King. This television series was presented in 2013, and tells the story of a small town of America, where strange force fields descend & put the residents into a transparent, indestructible dome.

3. Agents of S.H.I.EL.D.

’Agents of S.H.I.EL.D.’ was aired in 2013. This series has the story based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division). It is all about fictional peacekeeping and spy agency who deals with a superhero obsessed world.

The ‘Extant’ is aired during 2014. This Halle Berry starring series is about an astronaut. Molly Woods. Halle has well played this role who decides to work with ISEA (International Space Exploration Agency) for a 13-months space mission. During the mission she gets to know that she is pregnant. How? ‘Awake’ is a series of 2012. It is about a car accident that has involved a detection of Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Michael Britten and his family.
