Heat + meat = elite
Let's be honest with ourselves: this grill COULD be used for anything. You could cook mushrooms on it. You could heat up a salad using natural gas or propane. You could maybe even make French fries if you used a pan and balanced the heat correctly. Hey, it's probably possible to bake a cake using a grill like this if you work hard enough. BUT all that stuff is probably NOT what's gonna be first on your list.
Because grills are for meat. More than anything else. And if you're moving from a teeny charcoal grill to a serious natural gas and propane grill, you're making a commitment to the kind of heat, sear and flavor you want in your food. And no offense, vegans, but your veggie patties aren't really known for flavor. (Although we do respect your moral decisions and wish you well eating as you choose, which is your right as an American.)
So we're not gonna pretend that this grill is primarily designed for making perfect soy sausages or lemongrass curd yogurt or whatever it is a non-carnivore would eat. This grill is made to turn cold meat into warmer meat. Are you into that? Then maybe this grill is for you.
