Looks like there's going to be no shortage of drama on Season 12 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians"!
On Sunday's premiere of "KUWTK," Khloe Kardashian's still adjusting to her new caregiver role with ex-husband Lamar Odom, Scott Disick has purchased a house in Calabasas in an effort to get closer to his ex-girlfriend/the mother of his children Kourtney Kardashian and it looks like Kourt is starting to really embrace her new single status.

Lamar is out of rehab and into a new home:
The episode kicks off with Kris Jenner visiting Khloe in Lamar's new (unfurnished) home. "It's just horrible timing," Khlo says about Odom's move into the new house. "Because I have a whole New York press trip that's been planned for ages now and I feel like I have to get him into a new house before I got to New York."
Khloe even hires a decorator to furnish Odom's new digs.
While in NYC, she also makes sure to check in on her ex in-between several press appearances ... all while dodging questions about his health and their relationship. "I love Lamar, and we have been through so much, but there is so much more that has to be resolved," she says later in the episode. "There's a lot of hurt and things that need to be fixed."
Scott buys a new house in Calabasas to be closer to Kourt and their three kids:
"I recently bought this house to be closer to the family, and now I am living very close to Kourtney and actually down the street from Kris," Scott says in an interview about his new home.
Disick gives Khloe a walk-through of his new place, which is still work in progress, and shows her Penelope's polka dot room. Apparently, the tot picked out the pattern herself! It also sounds like Scott really misses Kourtney.
"Kourtney will always be a huge motivation in my life, no matter whether we're together or not, she still was with me for ten years and we've been through a lot of things together," Scott reflects in an interview.
Khloe tells Scott about that time she walked in on Rob and his now-fiancée Blac Chyna:
After checking out Scott's new place, Khloe shares the "craziest story."
"Rob was asking me when I was going to be home, and I got home 30 minutes earlier than the time that I told him I was coming home, so I walked in on him with Blac Chyna at my house," she says ... as Scott gags on his food. "There was alcohol everywhere, he's having the time of his life."
Though Khloe says she doesn't care who Rob dates in a confessional, she's not cool with having Chyna at her house and kicks him out of her home for good.
"Robert knows Chyna's Tyga's ex-girlfriend and I just don't want that drama in my personal space," she says.
Kourtney's getting back to "the old Kourt," and the family is really happy about it:
Since splitting with Scott, Kourtney has started making herself a priority again -- and it shows! On the season premiere, the mother-of-three preps for her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," where she gets a ton of support from her family.
It also sounds like she's getting really tired of dealing with Scott. Near the end of the episode, the family is supposed to have dinner at Scott's house ... but he is M.I.A. after spending all day and all night with Tyga. "He just needs to grow up," Kourt says at dinner. "Not for me, for my kids."
Khloe fights with Caitlyn Jenner after her Howard Stern interview:
Apparently, after Khloe appeared on Howard Stern's SirusXM show back in January, she got a few aggressive texts from Cait. "I said nothing that was inappropriate, I said nothing that was new information, everything had been said before," she says about the incident in the episode.
Kris calls Cait after hearing the about the texts from Khloe ... and the conversation doesn't go so hot. "What's going on with Khloe?" she says to Jenner over the phone. "She's out there talking s--t about me!," Cait yells. "You don't go on f--king Howard Stern and call me a liar."
Kris continues to defend her daughter and explain her reasoning for the comments, but her ex just isn't having any of it. "You are her father," Kris shouts with tears in her eyes. "You were her dad since she was five-years-old, like give her a break!"
Though nothing gets resolved, Cait agrees to "calmly discuss it" with Khloe.
