On Oct. 29, 2013 at 3:37 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Police Department responded to a disturbance on the 2000 block of Selby Avenue. A non-St. Thomas affiliated individual reported a St. Thomas acquaintance struck him over a personal dispute at a residence on the block.

On Oct. 29, 2013 at 3:19 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. Medics transported a St. Thomas student who had a seizure to an area hospital for further medical attention.

On Oct. 30, 2013 at 3:20 a.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Police Department responded to suspicious activity on the 2100 block Summit Avenue. A St. Thomas student, found asleep in an idling vehicle, used and possessed marijuana and paraphernalia, and was cited by SPPD.

On Oct. 30, 2013 at 12:04 p.m., Public Safety documented a hit and run at the intersection of Carroll and Cleveland avenues. A St. Thomas student reported he sustained minor injuries when he crashed his bike after being cut off by and colliding with an unidentified vehicle.

On Oct. 30 2013 at 7:55 p.m., Public Safety documented a liquor law violation in Brady Residence Hall. Residence Life reported four underage St. Thomas students admitted to consuming alcohol.

On Oct. 31, 2013 at 3:37 p.m., Public Safety documented terroristic threats on the 10 block of 10th Street. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unidentified suspect made terroristic threats against staff at a school on the block.

On Oct. 31, 2013 3:50 p.m., Public Safety responded to a disturbance in Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Officers removed an English Languages Services student, who was in a costume and disrupting classes, from the building.

On Oct. 31, 2013 at 11:07 p.m., Public Safety documented property damage in Ireland Residence Hall. A Residence Life staff member reported the glass of a fire extinguisher case on the fourth floor was struck and shattered.

On Nov. 1, 2013 at 12:25 a.m., Public Safety responded to disorderly conduct on the Upper Quad. Three St. Thomas students, who were fighting on the quad and fled upon officer’s arrival, were later identified through officer investigation.

On Nov. 1, 2013 at 7:36 a.m., Public Safety assisted St. Thomas students with a welfare check in Flynn Residence Hall. The students’ roommate, who they were attempting to locate and were concerned may be in crisis, was located in Morrison Hall and was safe.

On Nov. 1, 2013 at 3:50 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas student reported she found her residence unsecured, after securing it several days earlier when she left campus for several days.

On Nov. 2, 2013 at 3:45 p.m., Public Safety reported damage to property on the MacPhail building. Silver paint graffiti was found on a southeast exterior door.

On Nov. 3, 2013 at 1:02 a.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a DWI on the 40 block of Cleveland Avenue. An intoxicated non-St. Thomas affiliated individual, who struck and damaged a vehicle parked on the block, was arrested by SPPD.

On Nov. 4, 2013 at 4:10 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Anderson Student Center. The Dean of Student’s Office reported they received a suspicious letter from a non-St. Thomas affiliated individual seeking information about a St. Thomas club.
