Pau Gasol (Team Fleisher) retired and will be replaced by Willis Ball (second-year big, 82 overall).
Kyle Korver (Team Hall) retired and will be replaced by Eric Gordon in the starting lineup.
TEAM STANDINGS — EAST
1. Team Zierk: 56-26, 110.4 ORTG (1st), 102.6 DRTG (27th)
Kyrie Irving averaged 25.9 ppg, 7.4 apg and 1.8 spg while flirting with the 50/40/90 club (49/43/92).
2. Team Erler: 54-28, 102.5 ORTG (9th), 97.1 DRTG (3rd)
The frontcourt of Kristaps Porzingis (19.7 ppg, 9.8 rpg, 2. bpg) and Nikola Jokic (16.5 ppg, 12.9 rpg, 1.5 bpg) were a handful once again.
3. Team Magruder: 54-28, 106 ORTG (2nd), 99.2 DRTG (12th)
You won’t believe this, but Stephen Curry won MVP again: 30.0 ppg, 8.3 apg, 5.7 rpg, 2.6 spg, 345 made threes on 47 percent shooting from deep. Eww.
4. Team Leonardis: 51-31, 102.2 ORTG (10th), 96.9 DRTG (2nd)
Kawhi Leonard and Justise Winslow both held their opponents to under 40 percent shooting on the year, allowing 39.5 percent and 38.9 percent, respectively.
5. Team Allred: 48-34, 104.4 ORTG (6th), 100.9 DRTG (19th)
Your yearly “KAT is ridiculous” bullet: 26.1 ppg, 14.5 rpg, 1.9 bpg, 1.0 spg with a 52/39/88 shooting split.
6. Team Kolakowski: 47-35, 100 ORTG (17th), 97.2 DRTG (4th)
There was slippage from the offense overall, but Kevin Durant played at an MVP-level again: 26.4 ppg, 9.8 rpg, 5.9 apg, 1.7 spg, 2.2 bpg.
7. Team Sanders: 45-37, 100.5 ORTG (14th), 100.6 DRTG (15th)
Harden & Co. finally made the postseason, led by Harden’s 25.1 ppg, 7.5 apg and 7.0 rpg.
8. Team Bailey: 41-41, 97.7 ORTG (22nd), 98.2 DRTG (6th)
Six players averaged double-digit points, five averaged at least one steal and four averaged at least one block.
9. Team Peters: 39-43, 100.5 ORTG (15th), 100.9 DRTG (20th)
Finally, a leap! Andre Drummond was absurd, per usual: 23.8 ppg, 16.2 rpg, 2.6 bpg.
10. Team Giacubeno: 39-43, 100.5 ORTG (13th), 99.2 DRTG (11th)
The mighty fell. Despite Russell Westbrook averaging 24.3 ppg, 9.1 rpg, 8.2 apg and 3.1 spg, he failed to lead his team to the postseason for the first time in the simulation
11. Team Butler: 36-46, 94.8 ORTG (27th), 98.4 DRTG (7th)
Kris Dunn improved upon his breakout year, this time putting up 19.1 ppg, 7.1 apg, 5.5 rpg, 3.0 spg and 1.2 bpg.
12. Team Toporek: 35-47, 97.7 ORTG (21st), 101.5 DRTG (21st)
Evan Fournier led the team in scoring (18.3), while Giannis Antetoukounmpo was the jack of all trades again (18.0 ppg, 10.9 rpg, 6.4 apg, 1.4 bpg).
13. Team Hall: 31-51, 96.4 ORTG (24th), 101.6 DRTG (23rd)
Dwight Howard posted the worst stat line of his career, averaging 10.8 ppg, 11.2 rpg and 2.1 bpg.
14. Team Smith: 29-53, 95.4 ORTG (26th), 100.4 DRTG (14th)
DeMarcus Cousins (18.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 4.7 apg, 1.4 bpg) just seems destined to toil away in mediocrity. Sad!
15. Team Mintz: 25-57, 91 ORTG (30th), 99.6 DRTG (13th)
I have no clue how a team with LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony managed to have, by far, the worst offense in the NBA and the worst team in the conference, but here we are.
TEAM STANDINGS — WEST
1. Team Tauscher: 47-35, 102.8 ORTG (8th), 98.5 DRTG (8th)
Kyle Lowry was an All-Star and All-NBA performer again, averaging 21.6 ppg, 8.7 apg, 4.5 rpg and 2.6 spg.
2. Team Horowitz: 46-36, 105.6 ORTG (5th), 102.3 DRTG (24th)
New squad in the playoffs! Ben Simmons was the team’s best player (16.6 ppg, 12.5 rpg, 7.2 apg, 2.4 spg, 1.0 bpg), but six other players averaged at least 11 ppg.
3. Team Jocz: 46-36, 103.2 ORTG (7th), 100.8 DRTG (17th)
Another new squad in the playoffs, this one led by the dynamic D’Angelo Russell (28.9 ppg, 8.2 apg, 2.3 spg).
4. Team Davis: 45-37, 106 ORTG (3rd), 102.7 DRTG (28th)
The Big Three of Damian Lillard (24.4 ppg, 7.9 apg), Jahlil Okafor (23.7 ppg, 11.8 rpg, 2 bpg) and Bradley Beal (20.1 ppg, 5.3 apg, 4.8 rpg, 1.8 spg) were hard to deal with.
5. Team Duffy: 44-38, 105.7 ORTG (4th), 103.8 DRTG (30th)
C.J. McCollum broke out a bit, averaging career highs in points (27.1), field goal percentage (48.3) and three-point percentage (46.6).
6. Team Kennedy: 43-39, 99.7 ORTG (19th), 99.1 DRTG (10th)
Career year in scoring for Paul George (28.1 ppg), though his efficiency dipped from last year (44/38/86 compared to 48/42/84 last year).
7. Team Duncan: 43-39, 93.4 ORTG (28th), 93.4 DRTG (1st)
Marc Gasol averaged 16-10-5 on the dot. Which is odd. Also threw in 2.2 bpg and 1.1 spg because he’s a boss, even at 35.
8. Team Berest: 42-40, 102 ORTG (11th), 102.8 DRTG (29th)
The quartet of Klay/Love/Hezonja/Ryno made 750 threes on 36.4 percent shooting.
9. Team O’Brien: 42-40 100.9 ORTG (12th), 100.8 DRTG (18th)
They just missed their second straight playoff berth, but they got solid production from their perimeter trio of Reggie Jackson (19.7 ppg, 9.2 apg), Andrew Wiggins (19.0 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 1.7 spg, 1.3 bpg) and Eric Bledsoe (15.9 ppg, 7.0 apg, 2.6 spg, 1.1 bpg)
10. Team Smith: 38-44, 98.5 ORTG (20th), 100.7 DRTG (16th)
Anthony Davis had “modest” averages of 21.0 ppg, 14.8 rpg and 2.3 bpg.
11. Team Nardone: 37-45, 99.8 ORTG (18th), 101.5 DRTG (22nd)
Emmanuel Mudiay had a good year, averaging 17.7 ppg, 8.8 apg, 4.1 rpg, 2.4 spg and 1.2 bpg.
12. Team Goldberg: 37-45, 100.2 ORTG (16th), 102.3 DRTG (25th)
Brandon Ingram averaged 22.9 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.9 bpg and 1.5 spg. It’s his team now.
13. Team Redman: 37-45, 96.5 ORTG (23rd), 98.5 DRTG (9th)
“Yuuuuuuge” drop from Team Redman, but John Wall (20.6 ppg, 9.3 apg, 2.8 spg, 1.3 bpg) and Harrison Barnes (19.0 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 1.2 spg) still put up nice numbers.
14. Team Asaad: 35-47, 95.9 ORTG (25th), 98.1 DRTG (5th)
Chris Paul averaged 19.1 ppg, but a career low 7.0 apg.
15. Team Fleisher: 18-64, 92.1 ORTG (29th), 102.6 DRTG (26th)
