The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is an expert Twenty20 cricket association in Pakistan made out of 5 member clubs speaking to urban areas. The inaugural release of the PSL Pakistan Super League 2016 will see five groups partaking in it with every group speaking to a city. Prior there were arrangements for the competition to be played in Doha yet that was changed back to UAE where the competition will be played now.

A group of 5 teams have been proposed to partake in the inaugural version of the competition battling for matchless quality. Every group will have 16 players to pick its 11 from.
