OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Trevecca Nazarene University men's basketball season ended in the first quarterfinal round of the 2017 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship where the Trojans lost on Thursday, 88-66, to #3 seed Davis & Elkins College at the Owensboro Sportscenter.

The loss ends the season for the Trojans and the career of seniors Percy Blade and Brannon Clay (FR/Goodlettsville, TN) … Blade averaged 11 points and a team-leading 6.5 rebounds per game and 91 assists … Clay played in 15 games after transferring from Lipscomb for his final season and averaged 2.1 points per game while hitting 41% from three-point range
Percy Blade finished his career with 702 points, 431 rebounds, 171 assists, 70 steals, 24 blocks, and hit 70 three-pointers.
