In April, I travelled to Paris with Fresh to discover their newest product, the Vitamin Nectar Virbancy-Boosting Mask, and to also rediscover Paris through the founders’, Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg, eyes.
Upon arrival, we were treated to a Fresh facial hinting at the ingredients used in their newest product. I was massaged with two halves of an orange, so that was an obvious first hint!
The next day, which was definitely a highlight of the trip for me, was the baking class with Michelin star chef Cyril Lignac. We made the most delicious citrus desserts and I had fun licking everything in sight!! That evening, we had a private tour of the Foundation Louis Vuitton at dusk, followed by a private dinner. The last rays of light shining through the Daniel Buren-stained glass windows were just magical.
Next morning, we visited the Fresh Research Lab at LVMH Hélios about 2 hours drive away. That was where we were given an in depth tour of the facility, plus the final reveal of the product. I felt like a kid in a candy store! The ingredients were so ‘fresh’, that we were able to actually taste the ingredients right before they were all mixed in together to create this mask. Main components were oranges, clementines and lemons. Vitamins C (tones, brightens), E (protects, softens, soothes), B5 (smoothes), lemon and orange fruit extracts (tones, refines, conditions), plus a mineral complex made of magnesium, copper and zinc (revitalizes) were then added. I don’t think I’ve ever had a mask before that I actually wanted to eat!
These intimate few days around Paris ended with, of course, another delicious dinner before we had to say our farewells. Thank you so much, Lev, Alina and the whole Fresh team for a beautiful experience! Until next time!!
