Ok so this may be a lengthy thread....
I had a child complete 1st grade earlier this year and had a problem with test. I submitted it to the support and they submitted it to the developer (I'm assuming) It still has not been corrected. In fact they say we are wrong when in fact they taught it to the child in a previous lesson and quiz. I am frustrated that now my second child is in 1st grade math and the same problem is here. I will show the examples. I am frustrated and this makes me want to turn away from T4L.
The first is the lesson teaching you (it is right). Math>Spatial Sense>Pattern Blocks (lesson#10116)
The second is the Section Quiz (marking it right). Math>Spatial Sense>Pattern Blocks>Quiz
The third is the question from the Chapter Test (marking it wrong). Math>Spatial Sense>Test

Here is the email parts back and forth of this specific problem.
T4L support: "The shape is incorrect as well, the correct answer for the shapes provided would be A). Those three shapes are not enough to equal the shape your student selected. Thank you for bringing it to our attention."
Me: "I forgot to add that the shapes problem we tried ALL the answers and it said every single one was wrong. And those three shapes are actually perfect to provide the answer selected in the picture. Attached is a picture to show how we came up with answer B).

You get a sheet on how to make different shape that when you get a set of the shapes. We believed it not to be choice A) because if you stacked all the red ones they would then be too slender and too long compared to the blue one. And if you turned all the red ones 90 degrees left or right, then stack them they would be slanted to the left instead of the right like the blue answer A). And it cannot be answer C) because you need one red and a triangle to make that shape. So we chose B) to be the best answer. But like I said all answers were marked incorrectly."
T4L support: "Thank you for contacting us.
In order to form a hexagon you would need one of the figures to have equals length and height, Which none of them are. The correct answer is A, if you stack them is will create the shape exactly."
Really really frustrated here! Not only myself but BOTH of my kids saw they got this question WRONG and it upsets them because they were taught it was correct. They get 100% on the lesson and quiz then only 95% on the test because of this question. So then it is affecting their grade. If it was a non graded lesson it would not bother me AS MUCH but it is graded, all of them.
Please help...... :(
