I’m not a fan of brushing my teeth. It takes so much time, toothpaste is boring in flavor, and you have to do it so often. So I’m always looking for an easier way to deal with my teeth. That certainly would have come in handy when I was working at a call center for the after lunch brush that I never did.
So what is OraMD? According to the site it’s “100% Pure Liquid 3-in-1 Toothpaste, Mouthwash and Breath Freshener with Strong Antibacterial Properties” but what does that really mean? OraMD is a combination of three natural oils, peppermint, spearmint, and almond, and contains no fluoride, alcohol, or harsh chemicals like a lot of toothpaste on the market. This means not only is it not bad in the taste department, it’s all natural and actually good for your teeth. And the same bottle can be used as a mouthwash and breath freshener.
Plus the stuff takes up less counter space as one bottle (1/2 oz) is a full month supply. That’s great for keeping one in your pocket or purse to use as a breath freshener while out and about.

I despise brushing. It takes a long time. Especially if you have little ones to brush before your own teeth. OraMD is quick and simple to do three times a day like your dentist recommends.
