Nandana Indananda, a partner in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property group, will be speaking at an upcoming American Chamber of Commerce Thailand (AMCHAM) Legal Committee seminar, “Thailand 4.0: Value Creation for Business using Trade Secrets.” The event will be joined the Department of Intellectual Property, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, academics, and representatives from leading law firms and companies in the country.
The seminar will cover the emerging Thailand 4.0 economic model, implications for U.S. businesses and innovations, leveraging trade secrets to generate value for businesses, as well as the legal aspects of trade secrets in Thailand, the United States, and the region.
