Personalised Wooden Spoon by Auntie Mims
As a child, Michelle Lanstone was affectionately named by those around her as Little Mims. Then she was Big Mims, until eventually she became Auntie Mims. The name was perfect – it fully encompassed everything her business stood for: family.
Michelle works alongside her husband to create unexpectedly personal gifts, “we believe that with a little thought, there’s fun to be found in the ordinary.” She continues “with a little effort, the mundane can make you smile.”
From their workshop near the White Cliffs of Dover, the husband and wife team do just that – make gifts that you just can’t help but smile at.

Personalised Dad’s DIY Storage Crate by Sophia Victoria Joy
Sophia started her business with an idea, over a cup of tea, two months before her graduation. One month later, she partnered with notonthehighstreet.com and her single product (Christmas wrapping paper) soon turned into many, all created in her Hampshire-based studio.
Several years on, she rarely gets stuck for ideas, but if she does, she’ll still take time out over a cuppa.
