Flotation cell is also known as flotation machine and flotation tank, which is one kind of ore processing equipment. During flotation plant works, with the rotation of the impeller, slurry in the solt from all around through tank bottom is absorbed in the impeller blade from the bottom of impeller, at the same time, the blower feed the low pressure air, and through hollow shaft and impeller air distributor, also enter it. After the slurry and air in the impellers mix fully, from the upper around of impeller push out to the diagonal, by the steady flow of the stator and directed into the trough. Bubbles rise to the foam stability region, after concentration process, the foam from the overflow weir gravity overflow, into the foam tank. Part of this pulp toward the lower part of impeller flow, then through the impeller stirring, to mixed mineralization bubble formation, the rest of the pulp flow to the next slot, until eventually tailings.
