It’s always hard to find ways to save on American Girl items, so I love that Costco has been offering discounts for a nice variety of American Girl products as well as American Girl dolls and the Bitty Baby.
American Girl Doll Samantha + Extras – $119.99
This year, Costco is selling the American Girl Doll, Samantha + extras for $119.99. This set includes the Samantha Doll in her outfit, the Manners & Mischief book, a pretty party dress, and a fancy coat set.
If you were to buy the Samantha doll at the American Girl store, it would be $115 for just the Samantha doll + 1 book. With this set for $5 more, you will get the party dress and the fancy coat set included as well.
American Girl Bitty Baby Doll Set (12 piece set) – $99.99
This year, they are selling several different American Girl Bitty Baby Doll sets at Costco, too. I saw these at both Costco stores I went to. They are $99.99 & they are a 12 piece set. The set includes: 15″ Bitty Baby Doll, Cloth Carrying Case, Diaper, Sleeper, Rattle, Top, Leggings, Hat, Bib, Quilt, Booties, & Bottle.
American Girl Horse and Saddle Set – $49.99
This item is back again for the 2nd year. They have the American Girl Horse and Saddle set for $49.99. On the American Girl website, the full-size horses are $75 & up, so this is a significant discount. It also comes with a few accessories, too.
American Girl Sleepover Set – $39.99
This set includes a lot of fun items for a Sleepover for the American Girl doll.
American Girl Doll Mega Blocks Set – Isabelle’s Dance Recital – $29.99
We are just starting to see more and more of these American Girl Mega Blocks set & this year you’ll find the Isabelle set at many Costco stores for $29.99. You can also find this on Amazon to compare the prices.
American Girl Read & Create Kit – $24.99
There were several varieties of these Read & Create kits that look like fun kits for your American Girl fans. Compare to prices on Amazon

This looks like a fun craft set with 4 different crafts for girl & doll (a total of 8 crafts to make). They can make a matching tutu, bag, t-shirt and bracelet. This is priced at $23.99 – however, right now, it’s on sale with an instant rebate of $5 off, making it $18.99. Fantastic price for 3 craft sets!
American Girl Mini Doll & Book Sets – $39.99
These mini doll sets include the American Girl Mini Doll, stand & 3 books about the doll. These are all the Be Forever dolls, which are the historical dolls that have a great story to learn about them. I found these in the toy section in one store & in the book section in another store. You can compare prices to Amazon which has select Mini Dolls & mini books on sale if you already have the book set.
American Girl Plush Animal & Activity Book – $29.99
Costco has a variety of American Girl pets along with a book you can buy. My girls informed me that these are different than the ones sold at the American Girl store, too. The pets on the American Girl site are $28, but do not come with a book, too, like these sets. These also may be found in either the toy or book sections, depending on your Costco store.
American Girl Ultimate Visual Guide Book – $14.99
This is found in the book section of Costco and I bet would be a big hit with your American Girl fan. It features pictures of all of the Be Forever and Girl of the Year dolls, which I think would be fun for them to see all of the dolls that have been featured over the years. You can also find this on Amazon as well to see how the price compares or if your Costco store does not offer this.
American Girl Ultimate Sticker Collection – $7.99
You can find this American Girl Ultimate Sticker Collection book in the book section of Costco and I think these would be a huge hit with my daughter. Think I’m going to have to pick this up for her as we bring sticker books & a pad of paper with us on road trips or plane rides to keep her occupied. You can compare prices at Amazon for this Sticker book, too.
Dollie & Me Outfits – $19.99
Little girls love to dress up like their doll and Costco is offering several different sets of Dollie & Me outfits for $19.99. These are not the American Girl brand, but they are very popular & hold up well in our experience. I have found that they can run a little small, so you might want to buy the next size up for your daughter. These are in sizes 4 – 10.
