Bangalore, February 17, 2015: Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET), a part of the Rostec State Corporation, will present its products at the Aero India 2015 international aerospace exhibition. Within the Russian stand, the foreign partners are to become familiar with the latest achievements in a field of the identification friend or foe, special electronics, electronic systems for aviation and radio-electronic solutions.

India is one of the priority markets for the KRET. Today the Concern is ready to export both the latest complexes for EW solutions and the latest avionics.

“Participation in Aero India 2015 exhibition gives us an opportunity to assess the current needs of military and civil goods market,”Nikolay Kolesov, KRET General Director, stated. “Our advanced designs received the positive responses from international partners, especially from the Indian Air Force, which widely use the Russian military equipment. Expanding our presence on the Indian market will allow to strengthen the Concern’s positions as a complex avionics supplier of the Asian region.”

Within the exhibition, the KRET will introduce its unique designs of avionics, including SAP-518 and SAP-14 jamming station, L187AE jamming system for helicopters, which were highly appreciated by the US experts. Laser optical-electronic suppression station of airborne defense system President-S surely will be in the loop of the exhibition’s participants. It ensures effective protection from missiles with the infrared homing heads. This solution is especially relevant for the protection of the class of military and civil helicopters and airplanes in the context of increasing threat of terrorists using the man-portable air defense systems.

Also, Zhuk-AE, multimode airborne radars, with active phased-array antenna(FGA35 version)is to be shown at the KRET’s stand. Its uniqueness lies in the possibility to detect and track various classes of air and surface targets with simultaneous missiles guidance to them. The system surpasses the rivals in performance characteristics and designed to be installed on the next generation aircrafts, including MiG-35 fighter.

LINS-100 RS, laser inertial navigation system will be one more solution among exhibits designed for new and updated Russian aircraft. LINS-100 RS identifies and transmits high accuracy flight and navigation parameters. In comparison with the counterparts produced by the US and other countries, the system has the highest performance characteristics.

Moreover, at the Concern’s exhibition stands will b epresented the following solutions: compact protected airborne data storage device (MZBN);monitoring and flight data recording systems Karat-B and MBP-GA-01; MFI-10-7V and MFI-35, high-performance liquid-crystal multi-function displays; SRPNP-1, а reserve emergency MFD;MTsT-4, a digital three-component magnetometer; INS-2000 inertial navigation system; BKV-2V, a strap-down attitude and heading reference system; and other products.

Twelve companies of the Concern will participate in the exhibition. They are specialized in production of friend or foe systems, special electronics, electronic systems for aviation and radio-electronic devices. Companies presented their production are following: JSC Concern “Avionica”, JSC “Corporation Fazotron-NIIP”, JSC “Aviaavtomatika by V.V.Tarasova”, JSC “RPZ”, JSC “Ramenskoe Instrument Design Bureau JSC”, JSC “Russian Scientific Research Institute “Ekran”, JSC “Aeropribor – Voshod”.

AERO INDIA-2015 (Aero India) is the international aerospace exhibition devoted to the global space and aviation business activities. It is conducted since 1996 once per 2 years. This year it is the sixth one beginning from that time when India allowed the private and foreign companies to invest money into defense production (share of foreign capital in defense projects may be up to 26%), the exhibition is hold from 18th till 22nd of February in Bangalore on the territory of Yelahanka airbase of the Indian air force. The delegations from 78 countries will take part in its operation. More than 400 organizations from 26 countries will become the exhibition’s displays.

Russia is the traditional largest participant in Aero India. This year the Rostech State Corporation appears as an organizer of the Russian display that includes the stands of 20 enterprises and is constructed taking into account the most prospective trends of further development of the military and engineering cooperation with India. Now Russia and India work with new prospective aviation projects that include, in the first place, program of creation of a multifunctional transport airplane and project of joint development of a fighter of fifth generation. Besides military equipment, the products of civil purpose will be shown in India.

Within the exhibition, the Aero India International Seminar will take place and be prepared by the Defense Research and Development Organization of the Indian Ministry of Defense together with the Indian Aviation Society.
