Makes sense.

I've helped establish Wikia Wikis for other games before. Infrastructure and recruiting new (registered) contributors is probably what I specialise in best. I've noticed that you seem to have a lot of AWCs here. I'm not sure if that's an issue for you, but I find that encouraging people to register will help build a community that will encourage contribution. Let people use their profile pages to boast about their game exploits, activate badges to encourage contribution, and have someone write up a post in your forum each month to report on the progress of the Wiki and to identify any areas that need more attention than others.

For pages like the Crafting page, I would suggest that we use dynamic tables that pull data from each individual item's page. But for this to happen, you (or some other Admin) will need submit a request to Wikia via their [[Special:Contact]] page to request activating dpl for this Wiki. Dpl is not enabled by default, and the wikia staff will ask you if you're sure you want the extension, to which our answers are;

# We want the Wiki to be able to make complicated queries

# We want to be able to manipulate the data that we receive

# We want the tables to update automatically when new items are added to the wiki

For these reasons, we need the dpl extension.

Now, this game is unlikely to have new content being added constantly like say, an MMO would. However it will save SOOOO much work, but more importantly it will remove human error from the content and will ensure that the same data is being used across the entire Wiki.

Oh, while I have you... I suggest that you change the name of your tab in your top for Wiki Content to "Game Content" or "Game Pages", to allow people to know that the content in that tab is different to the first tab - a lot of people don't know how to use Wikia Wikis and so you need to make things obvious for them, especially for folks for whom English is a second (or third) language.
