Trenisha just like most loving parents wanted the best for her children. They initially lived in a location that was threatened with crime and gang activity. That is why she moved her family of four people to a new location and built a home for them, with the help of a non -profit organization. The next challenge she now faced was filling the house with furniture.
That’s when the kids got a chance to get help, from a home-makeover team, not just for the team to be seen on television, but for the kids to show their mom they loved her. The kids wanted her to know they saw how much she worked to keep the family happy.
She did not make great strides in what she was doing but she did the best a mother in her shoes would do. They worked with the team to come up with colors and other decor that they knew mom would love. That was not all, mom got a surprise when she saw a dining table fit in her living room, and she never thought this would happen.
