Just in time for all of those summer picnics, make your own clip on weights that keep the table cloth in place even on the breezy days. A set of 4 make a nice gift for mom on Mother’s Day or for the hostess of the weekend cook out.
Supplies:
Badge Clips
Jump Rings
Lampwork Beads
Head pins
Chain
Pliers
Start by cutting 2 lengths of chain, one 3” and one 2”. Attach the chain to the badge clip with a jump ring. Next, choose heavy lampwork beads to decorate the chains. I used 2 sea animal beads per clip along with plain glass beads. Using the pliers I twisted the headpins around to create a loop. I attached the bead and head pin to the chain with a jump ring.
Make 4, one for each corner of the table cloth.
