Add Fruit – you should choose at least 2 types of fruit, fresh or frozen and be sure to add some greens like Kale or Spinach. You want your Smoothie to pack a punch!

Next you need to pick a base – try green tea, water, iced coffee, fruit juice, milk or coconut water

Now it’s time to thicken it up – you can use yoghurt, ice cubes, nutbutter, cottage cheese etc

Next you flavour it! Fresh herbs like basil or mint, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract are just some ideas

Now it’s time for the kicker. You want to give it a big boost and turbo charge your Smoothie. To get the most out of it use Probiotics, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, Fish Oil, Spirulina etc.
