With just days to go until the presidential election, Donald Trump has scooped up the support of another national publication. Only this time, he doesn't have much to brag about — The Crusader, which published a front-page piece raving about Trump, is the official paper of the Ku Klux Klan.
Trump's campaign did not hesitate to disavow the KKK's support, writing "Mr. Trump and the campaign denounces hate in any form. This publication is repulsive and their views do not represent the tens of millions of Americans who are uniting behind our campaign." Earlier this year, Trump came under fire for a drawn out lead up to his eventual disavowal of the support of former KKK grand wizard David Duke.
Pastor Thomas Robb, who wrote the front page piece for The Crusader, told The Washington Post that it wasn't an official endorsement because "like anybody, there's things you disagree with." But Robb also said that "overall, we do like his nationalist views and his words about shutting down the border to illegal aliens."

"While Trump wants to make America great again, we have to ask ourselves, 'What made America great in the first place?'" the article raves. "The short answer to that is simple. America was great not because of what our forefathers did — but because of who our forefathers were. America was founded as a White Christian Republic. And as a White Christian Republic it became great."
Donald Trump has been endorsed by only a handful of newspapers to date: the St. Joseph News-Press, the Santa Barbara News-Press, the Waxahachie Daily Light, Hillsboro, Ohio's Times-Gazette, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Antelope Valley Press, the New York Post, the National Enquirer, and the New York Observer, which is owned by Trump's son-in-law.
