*I literally pounced on Walter Van Beirendonck when I saw him in our hotel lobby*

Then I calmed down and spoke to him about the H&M Design Awards and it turns out he is Minju Kim's tutor (the winner of the competition). We also spoke about his new collection, and he said he "just loved the 70s and Bowie era" when sighting his inspiration. I told him I LOVED everything he did. Shop Walter here...

*Outside the Fashion Week tent, H&M displayed the nine finalists' designs from the Design Awards project. Was a gorgeous way to show off such talent. And yes, that IS snow!*

*The amazing lights and staircase at the Nobis Hotel. Actually every light fitting I saw in Stockholm was more amazing than the last!*

*And an amazing martini class in the hotel bar, and a tres chic massive Hermes clock in the lobby!*

*Obvs we had to pop into one of the many Acne stores around Stockholm. In fact this one was very conveniently located literally next to the hotel! It was a very cool looking shop...*

*Yes, that is an old bank vault for a changing room, and there's the currency print blouse!*

*Sweden's version of Anna Dello Russo maybe?*

*Dagmar's Autumn Winter 2013 offerings*

It was all about structure, tailoring and stripes for next season, oh and that rather amazing purple, one of my favourite colours. The whole collection was amazing, I gave many a gasp at the power-dressing vibe from the Swedish label.

*Striped hair on the Dagmar catwalk, a blossoming trend maybe?*

*The BEST most chic glasses I've ever come across. They're by Mats Jonasson if anyone's interested!*
