Hey guys. This drink is a natural metabolism booster. If my body is feeling sluggish I will drink it in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. Make sure you have breakfast as normal!!! I dont believe in ‘dieting’ if you are trying to lose weight, it requires a healthy lifestyle change. But things like this allow you to utilise the properties of spices and foods that enhance your metabolism naturally.
The weight loss drink recipe:
2/3 cup boiling water
1tsp honey
1 Tbsp sliced ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
½ lemon’s juice
Drinking on empty stomach morning and night is a great cleanser and metabolism boost.
