With most WordPress websites, you’ll want to dedicate a page or portion of the site to give readers and potential clients the chance to get in contact you or your team. Most people carry out this via a contact page which utilizes a premium WordPress plugin in order to create a professional-looking contact form that is suited to their needs. Finding the right plugin can be a huge hassle, but I have compiled four of the best premium contact form WordPress plugins in this article to help you get started. I suggest clicking through to each plugin’s website/sale page and reading all the information in order to help choose which plugin will be right for your specific needs!

Gravity Forms

This is one of the most popular premium contact form plugins for WordPress and currently boasts over 857,000+ installations. Gravity Forms plugin is feature-packed with lots of add-ons and is dead easy to use. While the cost of a license  is more expensive than the competing plugins shown in this article, the high quality support and high level of service integration makes it one of the best options for most WordPress site owners. We are currently running this plugin to power our “inquire”, “tip us” and “work for us” pages.
Price: $39 – $199 depending on license required

Quform

Priced more affordably than Gravity Forms, Quform brings a great deal to the table and includes many advanced features at a fraction of the price. It includes components such as a live form builder, calendar integrations, file upload capabilities, conditional logic, custom auto-replies, and much more. If you need a straight forward form builder without all the bells and whistles such as 3rd party integrations then Quform is likely the best match for you.

FormCraft

This is another great plugin that is being sold through CodeCanyon. With FormCraft, you get access to advanced feature such as custom fields (stars, smilies, thumbs up/down, etc.), form analytics, transitions (fly in, slide up, pop up), auto save functionality, conditional fields, and integrations into the most popular email marketing services (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, AWeber). I think this is the most underrated contact form plugin on the market and we are actually planning to switch to it when our Gravity Forms license runs out. Personally, I think you get much more value on the dollar with FormCraft than any of the competing plugins in this list.
Price: $30 via CodeCanyon

nForms

nForms is the younger sibling to FormCraft meaning that it was created by the same developer and has the same functionality without all the extra bells and whistles. Priced at just over $20, you get access to a drag and drop form builder, ajax submissions, responsive designs, file uploading, multi-column layouts, database storage, and excellent support. If you’re on a budget and looking for a simple, straight-forward approach to WordPress contact forms then nForms will likely be the best option for you.
