It’s another great week to see some live music in Philadelphia, starting tonight with Today is the Day and Lazer/Wulf at Kung Fu Necktie. On Wednesday, singer-songwriter Joe Pug will arrive to play at Boot & Saddle, a perfect venue for him considering the country theme. Field Report’s Chirstopher Porterfield will open things up, so don’t be late for that one.

Thursday brings along several options, with singer-songwriter Sean Rowe at Tin Angel, veteran rockers Stone Temple Pilots at the TLA (without Scott Weiland, who was in Philly last month with his own band), Modern Inventors at Boot & Saddle, and experimental indie-pop artist Toro Y Moi at Union Transfer.

On Friday, Lord Huron will play at Union Transfer, but that show is already sold out. If you’re without a ticket, you could head to Johnny Brenda’s instead to catch Two Gallants, or Bourbon & Branch for a free show headlined by Cold Roses. The next night, be sure to get to The Fire for Our Fair City’s album release show—you can get familiar with the new record right here.

And on Sunday, Radio 104.5 will host its first Summer Block Party of the 2015 season, with performances by Banks, Catfish & The Bottlemen, and more. That night, Action Bronson will perform at the TLA.
