What will I get for half of a Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma?

I have completed 9 units of a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Business for Fashion Retail, with my grades standing at 5 Distinctions's, 3 Merit's and 1 Pass. Will I get anything to show for this, if I drop out? I personally am not enjoying the course I'm on at all and want to move onto doing an arts foundation. However, it seems a shame to not get anything for my year of work, especially because my grades are actually alright/not terrible.
