ONDA Beauty has locations in New York, London and Sydney. I headed to the Sydney branch to indulge in one of their renowned facials.
The ONDA Beauty store is calming and serene, designed with a neutral palette where you instantly feel relaxed. A warm, friendly welcome sets the tone for a slice of wellbeing in the heart of Sydney’s Darlinghurst area. Natural light fills the space decorated with beautiful native flowers. he shelves stock the very best natural and organic beauty products you can find. After a quick consultation I was greeted by Clare McColl who took me into the treatment room with the most divine treatment bed ever. Partially reclined, your legs are slightly raised, and this cocooning bed has the most delightful duvet cover. It was like being suspended in cotton wool.
The Sodashi super facial
Clare took the Radiance Facial as the basis of my treatment but with her expert hands, she did some freestyling to create the most perfectly blended combination of facial and body massage to soothe the soul and calm the senses. Gentle neck and shoulder massage, foot massage and arm massage reduced my stress levels. Then her facial technique combined light touch with full palm facial work. It was the most incredible jaw massage I have experienced to date.
It’s rare for me to use the word exceptional, but Clare’s facial at ONDA Beauty was truly exceptional.
She blended her fine manual techniques with the beautiful Sodashi products including a double cleanse. This featured the Clay Cleanser with Sandalwood which is great. I loved the Enzyme Face Polish and the facial massage was conducted with Balancing Serum. Whilst the foot and hand massage was taking place, I soaked up the goodness of the Brightening Marine Mineral Mask. Finally, to prep for the real world, a light layer of Nourishing Repair Treatment was applied. Renewed, revitalised and rejuvenated, I was ready for a 24-hour flight back to London.
You must check out ONDA Beauty at one the locations in Australia, UK or USA or failing that you can purchase the retail products online.
