Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions was launched in October 2005. Since then we have established ourselves as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Cycle to Work schemes for employers of all types and size.
 
The Cycle To Work scheme provides an opportunity for organisations and businesses all over the UK to offer their employees savings of up to 50% from the cost of brand new bicycles and cycling accessories.
 
In the past 6 years we have seen a rapid increase in demand for this service and it is clear that we are only scratching the surface of opportunities in this new, exciting and profitable market.

In order to build upon our success we require an enthusiastic and hard working candidate to increase awareness of the great savings and benefits available.
 
Dealing with corporate clients at the highest level the right candidate will be able to confidently and professionally discuss the financial benefits of the scheme. The scheme is available to employers all over the UK.
 
THE ROLE:
Identifying and contacting prospective clients by;

Telephone

Email

Mail

The role will be predominantly office based. However, it is anticipated that as part of their induction the successful candidate will be required to spend time travelling to client meetings with the Account Manager to gain a more detailed understanding of our service offering.

Generating appointments for field based staff.

Negotiating with HR/Finance/Rewards Managers and Directors for diverse organisations all over the UK

Managing and implementing marketing and advertising opportunities along with other members of the Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions Ltd team.

Managing contacts/leads on our internal customer relationship management system.

 
As your experience develops there may be opportunities to further your progression with the Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions Ltd team to a Field Sales or even to an Account Management role:

Meeting Director level staff within major UK organisations and SME’s in order to sign up new Cycle Solutions schemes.

Regular road shows and staff promotions on the client’s premises.

Working with the Sales & Marketing Department to maximise growth opportunities.

 
REMUNERATION:

Basic Salary - £16,000 upwards, dependent upon previous sales experience, plus bonus (OTE circa £20k).

Benefits package – including availability of a bike through the Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions Ltd scheme.

Remuneration will be based on a 40-hour working week. However, due to the nature of the position there will be a requirement for some travel to be conducted outside of office hours.
