This is a fast paced and dynamic sales role within a growing new media group and the vacancy is due to continued expansion. This Telesales role is ideal for an individual with a strong sales, telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting background that is looking to enter a fast paced and competitive environment with uncapped earning potential.

The role is predominantly office based with occasional face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of customer's recruitment advertising requirements. There are also many opportunities to increase account spend by upselling, cross-selling and account retention. The company have a history of developing and investing into their staff and are the UK's largest independent media group.

To succeed you will be bright, customer service oriented and be proactive with a passionate yet natural sales approach. You will have professional, persuasive and empathetic sales skills, with a positive, tenacious and persistent attitude. A confident communicator, who is able to deliver effective sales presentations. Self motivated, but with a customer focused approach, professional and with strong organisational skills. You will be able to learn a niche market quickly, be a strong networker, and be a strong closer over the telephone and face to face. Experience of working on a new launch is desired but not essential.
The absolutely ideal candidate will have media advertising, recruitment or advertising sales experience though extensive training is offered.
