Our exclusive client to Time Personnel Recruitment with offices in London and Peterborough which has massive growth plans for the next 2 years is looking to recruit a field sales executive selling warranties to car dealerships on a full- time permanent basis to cover the Manchester area.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Warranty Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling in, signing up and managing ongoing relationships with motor dealers ensuring all policies sold by the dealer are placed with the company and administering all agreed dealer warranty procedures.

The Warranty Sales Executive role:

Perform the duties of a dedicated dealer sales executive providing first point of contact

Ability to close sales by overcoming objectives, negotiating and constructing suitable deal structures within present financial parameters

Maintain and develop your prospect database and pursue sales opportunities within your territory

To ensure accurate submissions of prospect activity on a daily basis and also monitoring daily, weekly and monthly dealer reports.

Review warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible.

To place warranty products in the best interests of the company, dealership and their customer.

Maintain relationships with other staff members including other territory staff, claims handlers and head office staff.

Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation.

Skills Required:

You must have a motivation for sales and be able to meet sales goals

You must possess excellent administrative skills.

You must possess scheduling, telephone, listening and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will have experienced working within a warranty, motor trade or sales role

The ability to ensure the highest possible levels of quality and customer service

Organised and confident.

Be a car owner and hold a full driving license and appropriate insurances

This role has genuine OTE of £30k in your first year. There is a basic salary of £16,000 plus company car (or car allowance).

To be considered for this role you MUST have previous field sales experience and the ability to build relationships with your new and existing customers.
