Responsibilities
Development and delivery of high stakes presentations, sales presentations, and product demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients
Participate in phone, e-mail, and in-person direct customer interactions.
Work up customized research insights for prospects that serve as tastes/teasers/samples of what the NetBase products can potentially accomplish for the customer
Support sales by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Working with NetBase client prospects on implementations, proofs of concepts, training, guided trials
Collecting and documenting customer requirements for the Product Management team
Traveling within a regional market to support multiple Sales Executives
Relevant Experience
Pre-sales support for technology solutions for web analytics, social media analytics-related industries or advertising agencies (or equivalent)
Sales proposal and SOW authoring
Past experience in a train-the-trainer role. Managing evaluations to selection
Client deployment planning, oversight and client training
Prior experience at a management consulting company is plus
Qualifications
You have a passion for the use of social media and basic understanding of how social media can solve business problems in the areas of campaign management, crisis tracking, social engagement, digital marketing, etc. You are comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
BS/BA degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any analytical/quantitative discipline is preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organized and analytical
Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to circumvent sales-process objections
Strategic agility and intellectual curiosity, integrity, drive and determination, self-sufficiency, business maturity, process orientation, superior time management skills, attention to detail and an ability to consistently deliver outstanding results.
