Konecranes Service business area offers market leading Service Programs and Products for all crane brands and machine tools.
In order to develop and grow the maintenance service business in the UK and to support Scotland, we are seeking to recruit an Area Sales Manager.
The following skills are required of the SCOTLAND SALES MANAGER applicant:
. A proven track record in regional sales management and new business development.
. Experience of Equipment or Project Sales
. A totally customer focused, enthusiastic and dynamic individual.
. A strong and credible influencer.
. Someone who likes hard work and shows the determination to succeed in a very competitive market place.
. Be able to sell a broad range of Service related products.
. The ability to identify potential opportunities that relate to the Service Business.
. Demonstrated an ability to negotiate to convert opportunities into profitable orders.
. A dedicated team player and to be able to cross sell between Konecranes Business units.
. A high level of computer literacy
It is essential that the SCOTLAND SALES MANAGER applicants must have experience of new business development. Experience of selling Maintenance Agreements or Lifting Equipment is preferred. The main driver of this position is the ability to create new business from existing customers and to add to the customer base.
The SCOTLAND SALES MANAGER position will report to the Scotland District Manager. It is expected that the successful applicant will live within Scotland. A reasonable amount of travel and overtime is expected.
