WHAT CAN I WIN?
One (1) Winner will be awarded the grand prize of a Le Creuset round wide 5 ½ quart dutch oven and a $1.000 cash debit card. Approximate retail value of the prize is $1,349.00. Debit card subject to terms and conditions of card provider.
Total value of all prizes: $1,349.00. All contest prizes are not transferable except at the sole discretion of General Mills. General Mills reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person. Recipes that include copyrighted, trademarked or recopied information of any kind, unsubstantiated product claims, or that infringe upon the personal, contractual or property rights of any third party are not eligible, and will be disqualified. HOW WILL RECIPES BE JUDGED?
All entries must meet the requirements listed in the How to Enter section above. Recipes not meeting contest entry criteria will be disqualified.
Entries must be a recipe of your own creation. Judging of all eligible entries will be done by an independent judging agency and food professionals to confirm entry requirements specified above have been met in addition to consideration of the criteria outlined below:

Judges will disqualify previously published recipes, such as but not limited to those in cookbooks, in magazines, from food companies, on food blogs or recipe websites and winners in cooking contests, unless the recipe features changes considered significant by the judges in their sole and absolute discretion. Winner will be required to certify, on information or belief, that his/her recipe is his/her own creation and has not been published or publicized and has not previously won a cooking contest. Decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this contest.
HOW WILL THE WINNER BE SELECTED?
Judges will follow the judging process detailed above to select the one (1) best recipe from all eligible entries received (the “Potential Winner”). The Potential Winner will be notified on or about February 1st , 2016.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BECOME THE WINNER?
The Potential Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a confidentiality agreement and a liability release/assignment of rights (the “Affidavit”) and return within three (3) days of receipt of notification. If Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period or is disqualified, Potential Winner may forfeit prize and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Once confirmed by General Mills as the official winner (the “Winner”), Winner will be required to sign a release giving General Mills and its nominees full rights to use the Winner’s name, likeness, image and voice for Contest-related advertising and publicity, including such usage on the Internet.
