Top New York real executives substituted the Monday blues for the Monday greens, taking an opportunity to rub shoulders, compete and still do a little business at The Real Deal’s fifth annual Hamptons golf tournament.

Among those in attendance at the Baiting Hollow Golf Club: Marc Kwestel of Extell Development; Alan Miller of 5Points Group; David Taylor of JMC Holdings; Roy Chin of TD Bank; Eric Anton of HFF; James Famularo of Eastern Consolidated; Khashy Eyn and Daniel Hedaya of Platinum Properties; Joseph Koicim and J.D. Parker of Marcus & Millichap; Jonathan Stern of Meridian Capital Group and April Molloy of Construction First Class. Brokers from firms such as Town Residential, Douglas Elliman, EPIC Commercial Realty and PD Properties were also in attendance, as were bankers, attorneys, mortgage brokers and title insurance professionals from many of New York’s leading firms.

The golfers followed best-ball rules in a scramble format. Unlike last year, when the weather played spoilsport for a brief period, there was nothing but sunshine this time around. Cigars were out in abundance. And an unscientific survey of the course revealed that, for the second year running, the unpretentious Bloody Mary was the most popular cocktail on the the greens.

James Cottone and Anthony Pepitone from Cottone Kitchens took home the the top honors with a score of 59 (par was 72) and the Elliman team of Jared Halpern, Michael Signet, Steven Kramer and Jamie Safier came in second with a score of 60.

We’ll have a full video recap for you next week, but for now, enjoy the photos!
