Had one installed recently. Cost over 1k. HKC brand. Didn't go with monitoring, but paying 5e a month for app connectivity. So I can control it remotely and get alerts on any phone with the app installed (costs 8e on app store).
From reading on boards, Phone Watch are a rip off and you're better to go with a certified installer with an alarm brand like HKC or Siemens. You can choose to pay for monitoring (around 150 p/y), phone app (around 60 p/y) or GSM Sim for text alerts (around 100 once off and cost of sim per year - upwards of 20e).
