Manipur Legislative Asembly Speaker Th Lokeshwor Singh has expressed his heartfelt happiness and appreciation for the upcoming Christmas festival. Major General Rajeev Chopra, IG AR (SS) and all other ranks of Assam Rifles has extended its warm greeting and sincere goodwill to the people of Manipur on the occasion of Christmas.
Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and Economics & Statistics Minister Francis Ngajokpa extended his best wishes to the people of the state, especially the Christians on Christmas. “As people believe the coming of Lord Jesus to the world as the son of God as the messenger of peace, let the festival brings peace, unity and welfare in the society”, he said.
The Deputy Speaker, MK Preshow Shimray wished a merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all people of Manipur and also that the Prince of Peace shower peace and prosperity upon all the people of the state.
