I’m not sure who gets more excited for Christmas, my girls or me. There are people out there that can’t stand the fact that Christmas trees are in stores the day after Halloween. I am not one of those people. I love it! In order to get ahead of the craziness this year I had my girls dive into the Big Book from Toys”R”Us the second it arrived. I whipped up a super cute, free Printable Santa Wish List just before we got started.

My girls ripped into the Big Book without any hesitation and started to Get Inspired right away with ideas for their list.
My oldest is in first grade is extremely self-sufficient when it comes to writing so I had the majority of my attention on my toddler as I wrote out the ideas that she pointed to. Since my oldest is in first grade she still uses sound spelling when listing out words that she’s unfamiliar with. I didn’t want to miss out on anything that she wrote down so after the girls printed wish lists we went through and added all the items through 2D scanning right to their online wish lists!
That way our friends and family can go to one spot to see what the girls want- and we can send the printed version to Santa! All you do is take a picture of the item and it automatically adds it to your child’s wish list. No more guessing that you have the right item. It’s seriously so easy and instead of getting the wrong singing Elsa doll and having to stand in long lines to return it, I have it in my cart and don’t even need to head to the stores to pick it up. It doesn’t get much easier than that.
